1. Services

Star City Marine Services LLC provides comprehensive marine HVAC and refrigeration services including but not limited to:

• •Marine AC installation, repair, and maintenance
• •Compressor overhauling and reconditioning
• •Industrial chiller repair and maintenance
• •Marine refrigeration system services
• •Building MEP works and commercial HVAC services

The scope of work shall be defined by mutual written agreement between the client and Star City Marine Services. Any services outside the agreed scope require additional service agreements and pricing.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Star City Marine Services are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are subject to the following terms:

• •Payment Terms: Net payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• •Deposits: A deposit or advance payment may be required for certain services, as specified in the quotation
• •Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and market conditions
• •Additional Charges: Any additional work or services discovered during service delivery will be quoted separately

3. Warranty

Star City Marine Services provides warranty on completed work as follows:

• •Compressor Overhauling: 12 months warranty on workmanship and replaced components from the date of delivery
• •Installation Work: 12 months warranty on labor and materials supplied by Star City Marine Services
• •Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, lack of maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• •Warranty Claim Process: Clients must notify Star City Marine Services of warranty claims within 7 days of identifying the issue

Warranty on supplied equipment (compressors, chillers, AC units) is as per the manufacturer's terms. Star City Marine Services acts as the agent for warranty claims on manufacturer products.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• •Star City Marine Services' liability is limited to the value of services rendered or equipment supplied
• •Star City Marine Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• •We are not responsible for downtime, lost profits, or business interruption costs
• •Clients are responsible for ensuring proper operation and maintenance of their systems

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services is subject to the following terms:

• •Before Service Commencement: Free cancellation if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance
• •After Service Commencement: Cancellation is subject to charges for work completed and materials supplied
• •Emergency Services: Emergency services cannot be cancelled once work has commenced
• •Deposits: Non-refundable deposits are retained as compensation for reserved resources and scheduling

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Star City Marine Services website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, designs, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Star City Marine Services LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited. You may view and print content for personal use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• •Not engage in any unlawful or harassing conduct
• •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Not transmit malicious code or viruses
• •Not copy or reproduce content without permission
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Star City Marine Services reserves the right to refuse service or terminate website access to users who violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Sharjah. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah, UAE. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.
